PRESENTING A VERY SPECIAL PROGRAM! THE GREELEY TRAIL DUSTERS with GUEST SPEAKER JJ STEELE

The Greeley Trail Dusters’ legacy began in Greeley, CO in the early 1960’s. Our own longtime Cowgirl member Gerrie Bishop shared her western way of life and equine devotion as the director and trainer of the Greeley Trail Dusters, a group of nearly 50 young boys and girls. They were horse riders, ages 8-18, who all became a precision equestrian drill team and performed in rodeos and parades in Colorado and Wyoming.

One of these young riders, JJ Steele, will be our guest speaker and also present a video of vintage home movies providing a glimpse into those amazing Trail Dusters days! We sure hope you can join in and ride along down Memory Lane along with Gerrie Bishop, JJ Steele and the Greeley Trail Dusters!

THE PUBLIC IS WELCOME TO ATTEND OUR LUNCHEONS! Held on the 2nd Monday of the month, from September to May, at Little America Hotel, at 11:30 am. For reservations, call 307-632-2814 by the Thursday prior to the luncheon date. Cost is $25 with reservation; $30 for walk-ins without a reservation. We always feature outstanding guest speakers with fascinating stories about Cheyenne & the local area and the American West!
